Billing information

A fee applies to all services provided at 48 Flemington Road.

All accounts are to be settled on the day of service at Children’s Imaging. Patients with pre-certification authority from TAC, WorkCover and Veteran affairs are asked to bring this information with them. We accept all cash, major credit cards and provide EFTPOS facilities at our practice. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques.
